Revised to include the limitation period in the Section B benefits portion of the policy, and the addition of a section in the preamble of the statutory condition section of the policy.

The Certificate of Automobile Insurance (Certificate) has been revised: the text expecting that the certificate be countersigned is removed. Insurers are reminded that the Certificate is an approved form, and as such, its wording cannot be amended by insurers. Insurers are also reminded the Certificate must bear the insurer's name as it appears on its license.
